your computer problems from here. Portrush remote support is
the quickest way to bring your support issue to resolution.
preventive maintenance
Another Portrush CompleteCare™ option is preventative
maintenance. Support staff will perform preventative maintenance
on specified workstations and servers at a specified interval.
This repairs many problems before they are apparent to the user.
• Tracking of all free updates for standard software owned
and used by client
• Testing and installation of approved, free updates for
software owned and used by the client
• Inspection and repair of hard drive corruption on all
workstations and servers
• Verify backup systems are functioning properly (If applicable)
• Verify virus protection systems are functioning properly
(If applicable)
• Maintain operational conformity of all workstations

Under the Portrush support program we will provide technology-planning
assistance for the continued development and maintenance of
