When support for you server is mission-critical, Portrush ServerCare™ is the perfect fit. You will have access to our expert team of engineers for server support. One of the most used features of the Portrush CompleteCare™ is the unlimited phone and email support. This includes all of the approved systems inside of your Portrush CompleteCare™ agreement. Our customers appreciate the generous access to expert technical staff and the ease of budgeting.

Using the latest remote access software, sometimes we can remedy your computer problems from here. Portrush remote support is the quickest way to bring your support issue to resolution.

preventive maintenance
Another Portrush CompleteCare™ option is preventative maintenance. Support staff will perform preventative maintenance on specified workstations and servers at a specified interval. This repairs many problems before they are apparent to the user.

• Tracking of all free updates for standard software owned and used by client
• Testing and installation of approved, free updates for software owned and used by the client
• Inspection and repair of hard drive corruption on all workstations and servers
• Verify backup systems are functioning properly (If applicable)
• Verify virus protection systems are functioning properly (If applicable)
• Maintain operational conformity of all workstations

technology planning
Under the Portrush support program we will provide technology-planning assistance for the continued development and maintenance of your institution’s technology. This is included as a part of the Portrush CompleteCare™ program at no extra cost. Your account manager will make sure that you have all of the most recent information and product recommendation based on his/her knowledge of your set up. With all of the options to choose from, we’ll help you weigh the pros and cons of your choices and help your school to realize it’s technology goals.
